Dover-Foxcroft, ME – Piscataquis Regional Food Center, home of the Dover Foxcroft Area Food Center, is delighted to announce the promotion of Becki Quimby to the position of Director, Operations.
This strategic decision comes in recognition of Becki's invaluable contributions and outstanding dedication to the success of the Food Center since its reopening in February 2023.
Quimby joined PRFC in July of 2022 after serving many years as the Board Treasurer of the Dover Foxcroft Area Food Cupboard. She quickly emerged as a driving force behind the Food Center's resurgence. Her unwavering commitment and problem-solving skills have been instrumental in creating an exceptional shopper experience.

Becki's strong organizational skills and hard work during our reopening phase has been a key factor in the Food Center's ability to scale our program to serve 83% more households in just six months," said Kelly Sirimoglu, PRFC’s Executive Director.
As Director of Operations, Becki Quimby will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, implementing innovative strategies, and further enhancing the quality of services offered by PRFC and the Food Center.
