For most families, it’s just not Thanksgiving without a turkey.

 

But for many families in Piscataquis County, a Thanksgiving meal with all the trimmings is not guaranteed. Too often, parents and grandparents must choose between putting food on the table and paying for other essentials.

 

This year, the Piscataquis Regional Food Center is working to make sure more families can enjoy a complete Thanksgiving meal. With your help, we can provide turkeys, fresh sides, and pantry staples to families in our community who deserve to gather, share, and celebrate without worry.

Your gift today “Buys a Bird”: A single $25 donation provides one turkey to a family in need.  Your donation also enrolls you in the PRFC Turkey Club, our community effort, recognized on our website and social media as a supporter helping to feed our neighbors.

Help spread the word: Share the Turkey Club with friends, family, and colleagues. Every share brings us closer to ensuring fewer people in our community go without a Thanksgiving meal.
