Hello and Happy Friday!
I'm very excited and pleased to let you know that PRFC has a new staff member! Kazia Knepp joined us earlier this month and will be working with PRFC's community food programs including FarmShare for Homebound Seniors, Garden in a Box, Hunger Awareness Campaign, and Mobile Food Distributions. Kazia will also be helping us spiff up PRFC's website and pull together a comprehensive social media strategy -- AND, she will be trundeling around in PRFC's little delivery van a couple of days every week bringing fresh produce and other food to folks who can't leave their homes. Yes! She does have a lot on her plate - and I know she's going to do a great job with all of it. Please join me in giving Kazia a warm welcome to the PRFC team and to the great community of people working to end hunger in our wonderful part of Maine.
