My Nana took me to this really fun thing in town called the BOOnanza. It is to get kids even more excited for Halloween! This year I am dressing up as a Candy Princess. My Nana isn't very good at remembering to take my picture when she takes me out. Auntie is always taking my picture and having me write down stuff about what we do!
They had lots of games and activities for kids to do. We got to decorate donuts at Dunkin Donuts, make cookies and decorate them at Subway and a lot more. They even had a Costume Parade and everyone who was dressed up got to walk in the street and show off their costumes. And then, a group of people jumped out and started dancing to music! It was so much fun!
Miss Theresa was there as well and she had a table to make a craft called a Ghosty-tine. It used a clementine and tissue paper to make a ghost. We got to put googly eyes on it and decorate it anyway we wanted. It was my favorite shop. She was dressed as the Queen of Hearts and had spooky lights and everything!
Did you know clementines are tiny oranges? They are easy for kids like me to peel and taste really sweet. They are a really good snack and Auntie says they have lots of vitamins in them.
See you next time!
