Yoga helps stretch your body. We have lots and lots of types of yoga moves. It was really fun doing it at the beach! It was a very nice day.
We did different positions like Warrior and Plank and even Downward Dog!

This is how to do Cobra:
Get down on the ground
Lift the front of your body put your shoulders back
Make sure your heart is facing the sky
