Hi everyone! I just wanted to tell you all about one of my favorite activities- JUMPING!!! I love to jump; I’m really good at it. This is my trampoline. I got it for my birthday last year. I love to climb up on it and just jump and jump! I can even land on my bum then up on my feet again.
Jumping is a good way to exercise. It gets your heart and blood working. It uses a lot of energy. My Auntie even tells me to go jump and run when I’m super hyper. You can do it anywhere, you don’t even need your own trampoline! I jump at home, on the playground at school, everywhere! You can get the energy to jump and play by eating healthy foods like vegetables and fruits.
