Help Piscataquis Seniors get a free $50 share of produce this summer!! Any and all donations are appreciated! FarmShare For Homebound Seniors is a service specifically for homebound residents in Piscataquis County. FREE SNAP Training in Piscataquis

JOIN US on TUESDAY MARCH 6th, 2018 for a FREE SNAP Training session being provided by Maine Hunger Initiative! In this 2-hour session, you will gain an understanding of who qualifies for SNAP, learn how to guide individuals through the application process and walk away with some tips on navigating the complicated DHHS system. The goal of this training is for you to be confident in advocating on behalf of qualified individuals, helping them attain the benefits they need and deserve. The first hour of the training will be a presentation, followed by another hour of interactive activity and questions. This training is open to anyone interested in learning more about SNAP and how to help people
